Egg and Salmon Burgers


  • 250 g can salmon 
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 3 hard boiled eggs,chopped
  • 1 onion, finely diced 
  • l 1/2 tablespoons flour 
  • 1 egg 
  • Dry breadcrumbs 
  • Butter 
  • Salt and pepper 


  1. Drain and mash salmon, reserving the liquid.
  2. Mix salmon, hard-boiled eggs and finely diced onion.
  3. Add flour and bind together with salmon juice, lemon juice and lightly beaten egg.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Form mixture into small balls.
  6. Coat fish balls with breadcrumbs.
  7. Shallow fry.
  8. Serve hot on toothpicks.
