Chocolate Crackles




 

  • 2 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 125 grams white vegetable shortening (copha)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup soft icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 drops vanilla essence

  1. Set out 19 paper cups on a tray
  2. Sift the icing sugar and mix with the Rice Bubbles, coconut and cocoa
  3. Gently heat the copha, but do not let it boil
  4. Pour into the dry ingredients, add vanilla essence and mix well
  5. Spoon into the paper cups and allow to set
